Government has their hands in the cookie jar. In Nicaragua Government is shooting & imprisoning those who are mad as hell & won’t take it any more. In Costa Rica, Government has had the wealth right along, but don’t want to pay taxes. Instead of shooting, they are imprisoning people in their own homes by blocking roads & public transportation.
